Approval of Simple Management Plans of Community Forests

Target

Until 2009 approval of simple management plans of community forests can be verified.
Hypothesis

SIGIF is effectly updated and extended into the departments of at least the forested zone.
The number of community forests with simple management plan is constantly rising but as of July 2010 timber exploitation from community forests does not show up in national statistics (SIGIF). The compliance with simple management plans can not yet be verified.
The extension of SIGIF to divisional level has not yet been realized.
